- Supplier sourcing assignment: USD 50 to start, then 7%, 5%, or 2% of purchase-order value depending on order size.
- Factory or company verification: USD 100 per inspection day plus actual round-trip travel tickets.
- CIF pre-shipment inspection attendance: USD 150 per inspection day plus actual round-trip travel tickets.
- Shipping coordination: USD 1,500 for a 20-foot container or USD 2,000 for a 40-foot container.
- LCL shipment coordination: quoted by scope; minimum shipment is 1 CBM.
- Freight, duties, taxes, insurance, storage, supplier payments, and third-party charges are separate unless included in a written quote.

## How the process works

1. The importer submits the goods, route, suppliers, timing, and inspection requirements.
2. Alemport checks supplier readiness, quantities, and documents.
3. Inspection is completed when included in scope.
4. Shipping options and scope are presented for customer approval.
5. Alemport coordinates booking, warehouse delivery, and loading handoffs.
6. Shipment milestones and documents remain connected to the shipment file.
7. Final documents are released after the agreed payment and release conditions are met.

## Important boundaries

- The customer makes the final supplier, purchase, and shipping approval decisions.
- Supplier changes made after inspection require reinspection.
- Checks not named in the agreed inspection checklist are outside the inspection scope.
- Carrier schedules, customs decisions, and third-party outcomes are not guaranteed by Alemport.
