Terms of service

Alemport is an invite-only operations system for managed customer use.

Effective March 20, 2026. Questions can be directed to ops@alemport.com.

Access model

Customer access is reviewed, granted, and managed by Alemport.

Access is approved after a demo or review request.
Alemport may suspend, reactivate, or reset access when needed.
Credentials must stay confidential and used only for authorized business activity.

Acceptable use

The service exists to coordinate real shipment workflows.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized shipment content.
Do not attempt unauthorized access or bypass role restrictions.
Do not reuse the platform for scraping, resale, or unrelated product activity without approval.

Limits and responsibility

The platform helps enforce workflow, but it does not remove business responsibility.

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Alemport may rely on submitted data to coordinate supplier readiness, booking, customs, and delivery.
Workflow visibility, milestones, and blockers are operational tools, not legal or customs advice.
The service is provided as available and may change to protect the workflow or data.
